Day 3 kicked off with a meeting for “Trio Group Square” (our group newsletter).
Divided into groups, the new hires worked on writing articles for the August issue.
Afterward, they took another shot at the paper rockets that had failed to launch the day before.
 
 

 
 
Working together as a team, they discussed the causes, made adjustments, and then…
all three rockets successfully took to the sky!
 
 

 
 
In the afternoon, we held a curry contest and a BBQ sauce-making contest. Using only the provided ingredients and seasonings, everyone got cooking to bring their unique culinary concepts to life!
Every single team ended up making delicious curry and BBQ sauce.
 
 

 
 

 
 
To wrap up the day, we gathered around a bonfire to reflect on the entire training experience.
