On January 19, 2026, we hosted a networking event for 19 prospective employees joining us this coming April.

During the event, we officially announced their company and department assignments. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to connect with the presidents of each group company and bond with their future colleagues.

With just over two months left until they officially join us, we are all eagerly looking forward to having them as part of the T-Group team!

*Post-event social gathering near our Nagoya headquarters. The steak here is absolutely delicious!

For the new hires, week 3 is a team exercise.
They are trying out a mock development while collaborating with their team members.
They are working hard, using the skills they learned in weeks 1 and 2, while also getting advice from senior instructors.

This concludes their initial technical training at the Nagoya headquarters.
Next, they will attend external training.

In the second week, they are learning about databases.
Some new employees seem to understand databases better, and they look more cheerful compared to last week.
They are working hard to acquire technical skills while getting help from their colleagues and senior instructors.

Technical training kicked off on April 7th.

The first week focuses on algorithms, logic, and basic programming concepts.

Many participants are new to this field, but they are diligently learning technical skills with the support of senior instructors.

Reservations for internships, work experience programs, and open company events on Mynavi 2027 have started.
