On June 22, the Trio Group Original Freshers’ Training in Shirakawa-go officially kicked off.
We are holding a 4-day, 3-night training program focused primarily on team building, renting out a traditional gassho-zukuri (steep-roofed thatch) facility for our stay.
 

On the first day, we hosted a “Travel Guidebook Contest” using generative AI. The new hires put their creativity to the test, crafting unique itineraries while experiencing the fun challenges of getting to know Gemini.
 
 

Throughout the trip, everyone also enjoyed a light digital detox—taking a guided night-forest tour, refreshing on the open lawn, and chatting in the lounge.
