The Trio Group sympathizes with the activities of “Sakura Line 311,” which plants cherry trees along the maximum reach of the Great East Japan Earthquake tsunami to pass on that memory to future generations, and we have been providing continuous support since the 2012 fiscal year.
This year, on November 15th, employees from our group visited Rikuzentakata and participated in the tree planting event.
 
Cherry trees are planted every 10 meters along the maximum reach of the tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake (totaling approximately 170 km). By visualizing the memory that “the tsunami reached this point,” the project aims for a future where the tragedy of lost lives due to natural disasters is never repeated.
 
The Trio Group will continue to contribute to disaster recovery support and the transmission of this vital memory.
