Day 4 featured the culmination of our team-building training: the “World Heritage Gassho Settlement Photo Orienteering”!
Divided into four teams, the new hires set out to find seven traditional gassho-zukuri houses. With a strict time limit, team cooperation was absolutely essential.

Surrounded by rich nature, everyone was able to spend a wonderful time with their peers—filled with both fun memories and valuable learnings.
